I’m not a big fan of therapy, but I do think that everyone needs some downtime, and that downtime should include a good night’s sleep. In conclusion, to become better at what you do, you must constantly and purposefully be trying to improve yourself. Whether that means practicing a new skill, working on a project, or simply getting out of your comfort zone, every action you take toward improvement will inevitably lead you to a higher level of performance. This is not always a good thing. In fact, there are times when a little discomfort or frustration can be healthy because it forces you to step out of your comfort zone, try something new, and learn something new. If you’re not willing to step out of your comfort zone, then you probably haven’t set an attainable goal for yourself.
